Pros

On the surface the benefits look good. Remote working is a real perk, pay and holiday is above average.

Cons

The culture and the impact on mental health is a real concern. People are scared to tell the truth of how they are really feeling.

Thank you for your feedback. Please be assured that we take these matters very seriously. The business is currently going through a fast-paced period of necessary change and growth and that will present great opportunities for our people and customers. We see our culture as an intrinsic part of that growth but recognise that the pace of change may not be for everyone. As a part of our supportive network for our people, we have a team of trained mental health first aiders as well as an employee assistance programme. Your line manager and HR are also there if you need support. HR, Mindtools

Pros

Lovely people, interesting work, very interesting potential and a lovely office location in beautiful countryside

Cons

They could not spend less time and effort on employees. Complete lack of respect to employees, suppliers and customers. Toxic atmosphere. Incredibly self serving and greedy management. No progression. Asking questions about your future is taboo. Crazy staff turnover. Very cynical management.
