I have been working at Mindbody full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The culture at Mindbody is very positive and inclusive. If you work hard and are culturally a good fit, you'll progress quickly. You learn a lot about both the tech industry and the wellness sector and the roles are very rewarding in this very purpose-driven organisation.

    Cons

There could be a bit more transparency in communication around the global business strategy. And sometimes the office facilities failed us.

I have been working at Mindbody full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great culture. Nice perks. Consistent sales development. The more you put in the more you will get out. Great talent globally and if you are luckily enough to work with them you will learn a lot.

    Cons

Lead distribution system needs a lot of work. Very US-centric, have tried to make other offices feel less like a silo. However, this has just been amplified during Covid-19.

I worked at Mindbody full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pros had to be people. Mindbody does a great job of hiring awesome people but they don’t do a great job of keeping them

    Cons

They do not live up to their core values Rules change everyday People who have been at the company longer are treated better Commissions gets lower and lower each year Pay rises to match the market? Nope not here They don’t appreciate their people They don’t take care of their people

    Pros

Great Colleagues Free Fruit Good Coffee Regular Social Events

    Cons

Little to no career growth options at the time of my employment. No opportunity to move into a development role within the UK, om support and sales positions on offer. There is a bit of a culture of Micro Management.

I worked at Mindbody full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great product. Really valuing customers businesses and their growth.

    Cons

Poor structure in place for the growth of employees, especially SDR's. Very high and unrealistic targets set for the SDR team for such a saturated market. High level of qualification expected by SDR Team then which leads to a downfall in achievement for KPI's.

I worked at Mindbody full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Free fruit - £65 pm to spend on fitness, health or beauty - Occasional staff get togethers - Some really lovely people

    Cons

    - The sales team especially the SDR team (sales representative development) are large group of people with a large turnover - A typical boiler room sales team, where you're given 'motivational' talks every other day in how to be a better sales person in a super saturated market - Competition is fierce, Sales executives will receive the lion's share of the commission and of the basic salary - Management are ex sales people that are mostly looking at numbers and have very little knowledge of managing - Targets are mostly unrealistic - micromanaging staff and not encouraging creative thinking is the centre of the business - Product is overpriced (according to clients and prospects)
