      Pros

      Working at Minimasterminds is the most rewarding business to work for. The effort from management is never ending constantly ensuring our families are satisfied.The policies and procedures have all childrens needs and all 54 rights of children convention articles followed to ensure nothing but the greatest care and guidance is given to our Minis. I am constantly growing as a person and there's never a dull moment working for Minimasterminds.

      Cons

      There is not enough time in one day to simply enjoy every milestones our toddlers are reaching! They are growing too quickly and promptly.
