At BLS we empower our staff and inspire careers! Since opening in 2013, we have seen many of our staff develop through internal promotion opportunities, not just at the nursery they joined but also as we have opened more sites. We believe that our staff should be rewarded for their hard work and dedication, therefore as we grow, our staff to grow with us! The founders of Bright Little Stars Nursery wanted to set up a Nursery that understands the importance of providing the highest quality of childcare and education. Our sincere desire is to provide exceptional care and learning whilst supporting each child to reach their own individual potential in a happy, healthy and safe learning environment. At the 2017 LEA Awards, we were so pleased to win ‘The Teresa Graham CBE People Award’. We are proud of the impact our organisation has made, with a dedication to helping to educate others and are all absolutely delighted to be recognised for going the extra mile for our children, parents and staff.
