      Pros

      Casual dress, relaxed atmosphere, great team (good place for nerds), variety of creative and development work, flexible RE breaks and holidays within reason, management are understanding and supportive, progression options

      Cons

      Remote working limited to 2 pre-agreed days a week which isn't a problem for most but may be a problem for some seeking more flexibility, workload can be a bit chaotic and mentally taxing (especially for management) during busy periods

      - Flexible working - Hybrid working - Company benefits and discounts - Focused employee training both internal and externally provided - Great career progression oppertunities - Supportive and fun atmosphere. - Opportunities to travel the UK. - Pay reviews are as and when they can be given. Not just once a year fixed at a %. - lots of variety in work. Every day can be different.
