      Pros

      - Very cleanly workspace, especially for a factory. - Diverse multi cultural work force consisting of three different shifts. One big family. - Good pay - Friendly supervisors and management. - Efficient, smart, fast support staff.

      Cons

      Upper Management does not seem to let those below them speak their minds. Often times supervisors and management come up with fantastic ideas but are pushed aside for a different approach that does not seem to work as expected.
