Ridiculous and time wasting job experience, unprofessional team people are not open minded

Rented a small conference room as office that is new and clear however it’s small.
Cons
The management is too new and no one is capable in hiring nor managing. They can hire you after 3rounds of interviews and a written test plus ref check and then fire you in the 3rd weeks with ambiguous reason. Ridiculously wasting your time for all interviews due to their unprofessional and faulty company culture. Ever the ridiculous experience I have had with this company. The status of this company is unstable. If you are looking for a long term career. I won’t recommend you. 90% of staff worked less than 1 year in this company. Messy structure. Harsh conditions in contract saying they will utilise all of you. Otherwise they could fire you straight away. People are not in open minded even they say they are.
