Pros
Joined as part of an acquisition and wasn't prepared for how fast-paced Mitratech is. However I have learnt more here in 9 months than I have in 5 years at my previous role. My confidence has grown so much in a short amount of time and there are some really incredible and intelligent leaders here who you can learn a lot from - if you have the right attitude. It's hard work but you are rewarded for that, and Mitratech's marketing team do a great job of giving you the autonomy & budget to try new things. Mitratech knows how hard the marketing team and company works so tries to combat this by giving us regular wellness days and early releases for public holidays. This company is a great place to excel your career if you want to work hard and be rewarded for that. The work from home aspect is great, I have massively appreciated the flexible working hours, I am trusted to work when I want and how I want. My core team is fantastic and we all have a 'help each other' mindset. They also arrange a huge annual marketing offsite event in the US where we get to connect and learn from our colleagues.
Cons
There are a lot of personalities on the team which can sometimes be difficult to navigate when it comes to working styles especially in a fully remote environment. This can lead to roadblocks sometimes which can impact your job, but I think you'd get this in most companies.
