Pros

It's hard to think of many pros - if there are any, they are so overshadowed by cons that they aren't even worth the mention.

Cons

*Complete lack of company strategy - goals change weekly according to management’s whims. They often don't understand many aspects of their own business, their ideas are unrealistic, and their approach to both clients and employees is very ignorant and egoistic. *Management does not believe in sharing feedback or improving in any way - they believe their product is perfect and doesn’t need any change, which is ridiculous in this industry. When clients complain their response is basically ‘impossible, we are the best’ which leads to awkward situations and clients dropping the service. *There is no company training and you are expected to know everything from the go. *Mitto does not care about motivating and keeping good employees - they’ve lost many industry professionals lately, so the current reputation of the company is ‘go there only if you have nowhere else to go and stay until the first good thing comes up’. *They treat employees with an obvious lack of trust and manage people using fear – you are constantly reminded (directly and indirectly) that you can be replaced. *The HR monitors when you come/leave from work, how much time you spend having lunch, how many times you make coffee, what you talk about with colleagues etc. They do this very transparently - for example they walk around the office in the morning and afternoon and count employees to figure out who came late/left early, and if you are having lunch they will visit you every couple of minutes to see if you've finished. This adds to the strange and tense atmosphere at the Belgrade office. *The HR also filters all information sent to the management (who are all abroad), so it’s best for you to be their friend since your actual job might depend on it.
