      Pros

      No hard and fast rules. Any body can learn how to screw up software. Just ensure that you praise the right people.

      Cons

      No Process. May shut down any time. No PF and variable pay being credited from last one year. Employees at high level who are the decision makers are not inline with the CEO expectations. Incompetent colleagues. Technically very weak but still they hold leading positions. You will feel like an ameer pet institute. No future outlook.

      Excellent company with good work ethics, good work environment, good cross culture

      Cons

      Has more opportunities to technical candidates. Functional candidates were also to be given more opportunities.
