      They paid me regardless of whether I was on project or not.

      Very hard to get hold of management sometimes.

      Good only for sycophancy people, forget salary

      sycophancy people can really grow.

      Cons

      No values for your work, Forget money. Companies financial condition is extremely poor. And in last the most important- Always prepare to resign, you can be asked anytime to put papers/LWP without any reason.

      Pros

      technicians are usually salary paid , they pay you even if you dont have a project to work in , and you are laid off. there is not a lot of stress , you work with minimal supervision.

      Cons

      salary is not good in comparison with other companies. and the information ix not given in time , like traveling notices ,

      Thanks for the feedback. Generally we get very limited notice from our client and our highest priority is to make sure our clients meet their deadlines.
