I have been to many enterprise software companies, yet by far the most motivating is Mobilengine. Management and the team is very supportive and focused. Great customer projects, great team effort on all projects.

Work life balance is not optimal especially during key project milestones.
Communication between European and US office is limited to a 4-5 hour window due to time difference.
