One of the most deep issues is the complete lack of care for employees. There is no effort to understand or address the challenges faced by the staff. This disregard for employee well-being perpetuates a culture of disconnection between management and the workforce. The HR ''department'' is just one person that take cares of interviewing only, not HR deeply, which should be the backbone of employee support. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, they contribute to the toxicity and chaos. Overall, this company is an example of how poor leadership and misguided priorities can create a dysfunctional and demoralizing workplace. If you're considering joining this organization, think twice and be prepared to navigate an environment where employee concerns are ignored, and leadership is more about image than substance. Be careful about the ''freedom'' they offer, they have no structure and boundaries and they will expect you to put the company on top of your personal life.
