      Good Place to Work

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Get every other Friday off. Constant opportunities to learn a lot in the IT field.

      Cons

      Some people can’t handle not being spoon fed because it does require a lot of figuring out new problems.

      I have worked for Mode5 for just over a year now and have found it to be a very positive, upbeat place to work. I work with some wonderful people and find the job to be both interesting and fulfilling.

      Strong team environment Excellent technology to work with

      Cons

      Lack of backup in the admin dept. Vacations often left with much of the work to be completed upon return.
