      1. Unethical HR practices- I relocated for this company from another city and was let go in a couple of months, without any real reasons. 2.Chaotic environment- no clear expectations. 3.No concern for employees- do not relocate for this company, they will lay off for no reason. 4.Bad management - no response if you ask something important. 5.Hiring and firing employees all the time.

      Pros

      The pay and the benifits are good. My direct supervisor is great and really cares about the team. A lot of production associates really care and would love to see the place get better.

      Cons

      This location is toxic from top to bottom. Employee turnover is massive, and anyone still here is planning their exit. Upper management only cares about pushing product, with total disregard for safety, quality, or proper processes. The management deliberately sets staff up to fail out of spite, often saying, “That’s a you problem, not a me problem.” The environment is oppressive, stressful, and demoralizing—truly the definition of a nightmare workplace. Prospective employees should think very carefully before considering this location.
