Everything is remote but everyone works closely together. It was a healthy work environment.

Very flexible. Dynamic job that allows you to learn about many different types of technologies that can take advantage of Modo's DIY mobile application development stack. Job allows you to solve customer problems in a single demonstration with an actual working application. Company itself is flexible, and treats employees with a high degree of respect and work life balance.

Cons

Still a private company, so stock grants may take awhile to turn into cash.
