      Pros

      There are projects in the pipeline that are challenging to take up and deliver. Also a lot of opportunities to show you people management skills and time management. All in all, you would enjoy the learning process and quality delivery to the end customer.

      Cons

      Due to attrition and the current market situation more of the lower and middle management people are finding it challenging to handle the projects.
