Location: don't have to commute into TO

Cons

Management is weak. Morale is low. Can't get resources for anything. Raises are low. Perpetual layoffs and outsourcing. Headquarters is being turned into a sales office. No future for most employees

Pros

Great and friendly people most of whom have been with the company for years. Too bad management doesn’t appreciate loyalty and knowledge.

Cons

Management is short sighted and has no long term plan or vision beyond 1-2 years. They continue to cut back and still expect employees to be passionate. Employee morale is very low and the work culture is poor. Most employees are really there to just collect their pay check and I don’t blame them.
