      Strong company, let down in a few areas,

      Pros

      Momentive hosts some very talented individuals , product ranges are very strong ,

      Cons

      Can be quite an inward looking company, this is explained by how strong the product range is as there is a reduced need to keep customers happy as customers don't have many other options to buy. Currently struggling to hire and retain man employees , lots of job vacancy's and it is common to find people doing the jobs of multiple people. Company has become incredibly inflexible. Career development is near non existent for young people here

      Large, global company with expertise in all sorts of areas. There is always someone to ask should you need advice on something you are unsure about.

      Cons

      Poor communication and consistency between different parts of supposedly global teams.
