      Pros

      Working for Momentum Design Lab has been an incredible experience, surrounded by talented people across three different timezones. It has helped me elevate my product design process to achieve business objectives across various industries. Our bi-weekly “Brunch and Learn” opened the doors for adopting the latest frameworks and tools to produce successful products. Dealing with our clients from C-Suite executives to their customers has also allowed me to develop valuable soft skills which would have been challenging to gain in any company. - Had the privilege to enjoy an off-site in Mexico filled with industry insight in the future of CX while enjoying the sunny beach - Leadership are industry leaders with so much to learn from - Flexible remote working

      - Too many snacks you will put on weight if your not careful

      Pros

      I found working at momentum design lab to be exciting, engaging, full of fun challenges and I was empowered with the ability to make my mark on the work in a positive and impactful way. I had full support and encouragement from the leadership and always felt an air of excitement and optimism. The main pros were a deep knowledge and application of innovation, incredible internal communication, diverse and exciting projects, talented and skilled teams, incredible culture and consideration for the individual, a great work life balance! And many fond memories! I would return in a heartbeat.

      Cons

      There were some toxic individuals but they have now left the organisation.

      Thank you for your feedback. When working across multiple offices across countries, it is always a challenge in fostering the same culture and keeping alignment on the processes and methodologies that make you successful. I've found that the times we've done team offsites in Mexico have brought our team closer and more unified. Using this as a platform aligned with our bi-weekly brunch and learns has been a successful medium for cross-pollinating different view points as they relate to our vision for the year ahead. If the opportunity arises, we always welcome our alumni back for a second or third round. Feel free to reach out to see if we're aligned on needs when the time comes.
