      Pros

      Work from home, paid vacation, great insurance for yourself the family plans cost is more then you bring home.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, pass over titles for family or friends of management. Raises are not to industry standards, bonus at the end of the year but not note worthy.

      Flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, full benefits package for full-timers, cell phone reimbursement, work from home, pay is great, super rewarding work helping people. Because the company is growing, there are a ton of internal opportunities for career growth with new positions being created all of the time.

      Work from home position with low stress. Coworkers are helpful and pleasant to work with. Great benefits and a dependable paycheck.

      You may need a larger computer monitor or multiple screens as you are doing data entry all day.
