Pros
Great array of talented people to learn from. Collaborative space with different creative challenges always available.
Cons
Very poorly run establishment by the owners. Raises are barely given but the owner’s passion projects and renovations are always being made. Employees are constantly working overtime with little to no compensation. Feigned friendliness from management with Friday drinks, special events scattered throughout the calendar and empty promises of growth within the company. You're expected to bring in awards for the company and work weekends on a salary with little to no chance of getting a raise and/or better position.
