Pros

The girls in the office were great when I was there, but management was unorganized and egotistical

Cons

They build "new" transmissions with old rusty parts and sell them for thousands, then want you to field calls from angry customers and lie to them.

Pros

I would be a lie to post something positive about this place

Cons

3 positive reviews on 2.5.19, 1 on 2.6.19 and 1 on 2.9.19. Think about this. Prior to these fake positive reviews they are several factually solid very bad reviews dating way back. What you see here is a panicked employer who's finally reaping what he has sown. The dates speak for themselves. This place has an odor and it's not just the malfunctioning cesspool either. Quite possibly the best parts man on the planet who had been there for years; just quit. I would avoid this place at all costs. The owner used to make fun of McDonald's employees but McDonald's makes Monster look like premium employment and that's another fact. Do your job search elsewhere.

Bad place to work

Pros

Birthday off paid, one hour lunch.

Cons

Expensive health insurance, condescending egomaniac owner, constant surveillance of team members, high turnover. Weekly panel meetings for management to look down their noses, without smiling, to make you justify your existence there. Lunch and learn meetings are mandatory and then you get no lunch. Long days, no air conditioning in the shop.
