      Free snacks at the office, decent company events.

      Cons

      Poor management overall - they do not care about Staff. Company values are only for show and none are followed. Unnecessary office politics. Management is clueless and downright malicious.

      Previously strong company now in decline

      Pros

      Smart people, passionate about their jobs. Culture is not toxic.

      Cons

      This company used to execute well and set ambitious goals, but that is no longer the case. The main driver of the decline is the revenue organisation. The commercial approach is overly academic and theoretical, as the decision-maker has no real-world selling experience. People decisions are not based on performance. Promotions, exits, and retention are driven by personal relationships rather than results. Weak mid-level leaders are protected and retained, while some are pushed out if they are not personally favoured. This is openly acknowledged internally, including by those who benefit from it. The organization keeps getting reshuffled. These changes feel cosmetic, serving to create the appearance that something is being done, rather than meaningfully improving results.
