      Pros

      Very familiar working atmosphere. The colleagues are competent and very kind. The team spirit is good and also young employees are valued and appreciated and have good chances to develop.

      Cons

      It is a small company with limited development stages regarding career. The salary is average. Internal processes and the structure has to be improved.

      Unlimited vacation, free coffee and snacks, flexibility to work from home, good leadership

      Cons

      The company has many subsections, and some are served better than others. There is a serious lack of diversity, and that perpetuates through the industry. Not a ton of innovation happening. Compared to the cost of living, pay is very low.
