      Poor Management and Toxic Culture

      Pros

      None, there are much better companies out there. Working here is toxic.

      Cons

      - Very cliquey and unsupportive management (from exec team down). - Poor communication throughout company. - Relatively junior people in high positions due to time in company. - Unwelcoming to new joiners. - Stingy options packages (low overall value, limited upside potential and high strike price). - Negative business outlook.

      Absolute cheapskates

      Pros

      Working with smart people, and making good relationships within the teams.

      Cons

      They are cheapskates, will say they will make employee benefits better and do exactly the opposite. They only employ people for their names in the industry (see LinkedIn for reference). Whether they provide any value at all is another thing. They have nothing to be proud of regarding culture. Management are a bunch of toxic people who put down employees who worked countless hours to help get MP to where they are today.
