Some of the people were nice and the office was nice.
Cons
I was there for a very short time, in that time my manager practically ignored me. She would leave me out of going for lunch with the team, she would not reply to my emails or my questions. She did not stand up for me when I was belittled in a meeting and spoken to awfully, and when I was slightly off with them back I was told in front of everyone I was rude. It’s a shame as the team were lovely apart from her. She would gossip about everyone when it was not suitable in that department. I was let go over the phone when unwell after updating her on work with no warning, empathy, or chance of being given goals to work on. She asked me if I ‘wanted to know reasons or did I not care’. She even said on the phone I was good at my job. I also was shown they did not care about others opinions and they will not even consider a hybrid or flexible working for anyone.
