Great benefits, pay could have been better, HR events that show appreciation to employees. Learning new machines

Cons

Don't recognize the hard work people do. No avenue to promote. Slackers who spend more time in the bathroom than doing the job are overlooked. Laid off without notice and didn't consider people who would have taken a voluntary layoff
