Toxic work environment, management in a clique. Massive toleration for bullying and micro-managing. Engineers are useless, and that laziness is tolerated by management. Machines are never maintained, air ventilation is poor. Production manager gave a Team leader plenty of notice they would keep their job when redundancies happened, WAY before anyone should've been finding out their positions were safe. Safety issues weren't a priority. A very ill informed company on production expectations given the equipment is barely runnable. Most machines are from the 1970s and are poorly maintained and mostly bodged together with bits of glue. Management on paper say to stop machines if guarding is faulty but when you do that you're given a lecture to keep it running, not only that they will never get anyone to fix machines and guarding when you can quite literally reach into the machine whilst it is operating. I would seriously never recommend working here unless you're somehow friends with the people in management.
