      Pros

      No problems with pay, Nurse practitioner on call, answers quickly, flexible and kind.

      Cons

      Very low raises and long time to get them if at all, part time gets no vacation or PTO hours/benefits. Calling in is terrible they always make it difficult even when ill or family emergencies occur. Nurses who work at night would have to be in charge of the entire building ( AL, IL, and memory care unit) with no medication aids to help pass medications.
