      Pros

      In Gulf good reputation of MoroHub as data center and cloud service provider & have nice office setup

      Cons

      Micromanagement Concerns There is a strict tracking of check-in and check-out hours, where even a delay of 10 minutes can lead to a deduction of half a day's salary, regardless of commuting challenges. Additionally, overtime is not provided for government holidays, and employees are often required to work on these days. Management team is not good.

      The CIO is a sadist.. who really enjoys torturing his employees… I have never seen so much incompetence in a single person in my whole career. This is just the tip of iceberg as morohub in totality is a fast hire fast fire policy company… hence no matter how important your work is they will not hesitate to fire you without reason and will just say that your services are not needed and your role is redundant.

      Obvious toxic environment and toxic cheifs attitude Very high level of micromanagement and attitude Bullying happens loudly and openly by managers on daily basis Chaotic structure, extremely unorganised overall Weak HR influence and driven by politics and favoritism Almost no work-life balance with no compensation Blaming others is a trend all over the place Mental health of staff is at concerning levels and overlooked
