1. We can learn a lot.

1. Management is very strict,they will kick you out of company if your performance is low. 2. Very low support for freshers,which makes them lose there job within 6 months. 3. Salary is very low not more than even 20K for freshers no cab facilities. 4. No work life balance. 5. No flexible environment.
