Pros
MA is filled with ambitious, friendly and forward thinking individuals who all work together to achieve company and personal goals. You are truly treated like an adult and not micromanaged, clock watched or seen as just a new number. You have freedom to deliver your work how you see fit- "high freedom, high responsibility" is one of their core values and its true. The feedback culture takes some time to get used to but it really works at getting everything on the table before it evolves into something bigger. Plus whilst is a professional environment you can be yourself, dress up or down and be as socially involved as you wish or not at all. There's no clique or boys club. The onboarding process was also really positive, I felt really welcomed and even had a text from the MD on my second day, which was a lovely touch considering I hadn't met him just yet and theres over 220 employees! Office is open plan, modern with plenty of spaces for meetings which makes it a great place to come into the office 3 days a week. Great kitchen area too. I personally feel challenged and that I am evolving as the months roll by, its a culture where you don't stagnate or can fly under the radar. So if you are someone who wants to get stuff done and progress your career then you will thrive at Mount Anvil. I'm really happy I made the move to join here.
Cons
Pension could be better No travel for those working in head office

Pros
Great place for learning and developing yourself as the projects are big and challenging. The MD and CEO are engaging and friendly and show big commitment to wellbeing. Perks of the job are really good - I had free tube travel, healthcare, cinema tickets, life insurance etc. There are some brilliant, older and more experienced people working on site who will always help you when in doubt. A very technologically-forward company.
Cons
Very limited career progression. A lot of people, including myself, left to progress their careers. Barely any feedback on individual performance. There is an element of senior management talking the talk but not walking the walk with this. Can be left to your own devices on a lot of occasions and support is only provided when you have to shout for it.

Pros
Really great workplace benefits - free healthcare, therapy, legal advice etc
Cons
There isn’t a HR. Although the business prides itself on anti-bureaucracy, executive are the decision-makers ultimately and there isn’t any flexibility on the core office days - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
