      Pros

      Free food. Good pay.

      Cons

      Managers are always gossiping about employees and not making it a secret either. Long working hours - and high demands. Poor management (including micro management & condescending behaviours) No flexibility at all show towards employees. LOADS of swearing all the time. Talking extremely bad about our clients behind their backs.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Competitive pay. Some of the employees (non-management) are really fun to work with

      Cons

      Horrible communication. lots of "he said/she said". No work/life balance. Moody owners. Always have a reason to be angry at something/someone. Lots of good employees I saw come and go just because they couldn't deal with the childish management attitude. HR will never take your side just to not get in trouble with the owners. What a joke. Some (not all) program developers that are there are treated like gods. Their word are above everybody's. Get on their bad side and that's it for you.

      Hired for a job I was over qualified for, sold a busy job, with every changing duties. Not enough work ever to keep me

      Pros

      The best part of this job was when I first started, and was able to clean up the messes that were left by the previous employees. By finding current problems and correcting them.

      Cons

      Some of the challenges were getting work to do, she would say if I give you work what will I do. The constant distrust of my abilities, for example taking a red pen and using this to what she that was correcting tax forms to the thousandths of a cent, in Red, really get a life! I felt a management did not trust me, so the look for ways for me to fail. Lots of contradictions in words!
