      Pros

      Mudrantar is a close-knit start up company with a great fun team vibe. It is inspiring to work with professionals who beleive in their product.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is a bit challenging to get answers quickly from coworkers as everyone is working remotely. This is not limited to Mudrantar however, as many companies have employees scattered all over due to the pandemic.

      It is a totally different journey for me as a Software engineer. Found following pros: 1. Completely remote and flexible. 2. Open culture - upper management is always ready to hear you out. 3. Work-life balance 4. Decent salary structure.
