No Pros. I wanted to run as soon I started.

Cons

The accounting service department was so disorganized. There were assignments that I was waiting on to get approved for months which pretty much put you behind on your work when management finally decided to review.

Cons

The firm has a toxic office environment. Management is unorganized and does not treat employees well at all. They do not recognize their employees for all the hard work they do. It is a very high stress environment, even for a public accounting firm. Supervisors and managers are not very receptive to questions and it's almost frowned upon, which makes for a rough learning environment.
