      Pros

      Muller is a great place to work! Management cares about you as an individual. The benefits (and fringe benefits) are awesome. The company has many ways to get involved, make friends with coworkers, and give back to the community. You get out of the culture what you put in. I feel supported in my goals and ambitions in and outside the office. I am valued as an employee and person at Muller.

      As with most companies, Muller is always working to learn and implement ways to improve communication and efficiency.

      Pros

      This is an amazing company to work for. Cross departmental communication and coordination has improved drastically, and you can tell management really wants Muller to be a company people love.

      Cons

      Level of care from management can vary depending on department. I had an exceptional manager, but I know people who had different experiences in their departments.
