OT as always (may need to work in Saturdays), no work-life balance at all 4. Using your smartphones during office hours are STRICTLY PROHIBITED, unless you wanna loss your "discipline bonus" and get fired:> 5. Old seniors are arrogant and not nice to colleagues 6.
