I really can't think of any.

Cons

As mentioned in another review, two people one the show as a vanity project. Commercially and creatively unaware, they have driven good people out. There is a common thread in all the reviews. The 'positive' have blatantly been written by management/HR to try and cover the truth!

Worked for munchkin just under 2 years, worked really hard for this company and did enjoy it, but the management were horrible when they didn't get what they wanted!! I had around 3 days of sick in the space of a year and got a warning for it, basically saying if I had another day of I would be sacked... I was then taken ill at work and due to Covid-19 I was advised I should take 2 weeks off, during this 2 weeks they sacked me.... No reason at all. So if your ever sick go in and try to survive or you will be sacked. Also no progression there were people there who had been there through agency for years on minimum wage no contracts ever offered so always uncertainty of loosing you job when they don't want you anymore.
