2yI thank Glassdoor for the opportunity to reply. The comment on anger management just isn't true. I have never had an HR issue in 37 years and not sure where this is coming from or who, but confused by the comments. I can only reply, our business isn't perfect, I,m not perfect, and we need to make hard decisions every day. I wish this employee all the best in the future and apologize if they felt they needed to write this, but that doesn't mean you're not a great fit somewhere else and we wish you Good Luck and success.
