      Not many young people, training/bench periods could be long, difficult to advance in your career.

      A few smart coworkers. Some training for your job. Fairly flexible about work location.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Management has no ethics or vison. If there was a choice between being out of work or accepting a position here I would advise staying jobless.
