1. Annual Overseas Incentive Trip (for so called top performer as almost the same batch of employee every year) 2. Annual Overseas Boot Camp (but only for HOD) 3. Have medical benefit coverage for General, Specialist and Dental (extended to immediate family member) 4. Good Compassionate leave entitlement 5. No strict rules in working attire
Cons
1. Improper working environment - certain office floors not equipped with pantry, water machine and toilet. 2. Poor Annual Leave entitlement structure 3. Averagely only 1 month bonus given yet release to staff in 4 quarters.
