      Pros

      The KXAS system has been around for decades. It’s a no brainer to keep sales results strong.

      Cons

      Top sales management is particularly ill suited for the role. He creates s holstile and negative work environment which he seems to think is normal. HR cannot stop the dark culture as upper management supports him. Turnover is immense.
