- Plenty of resources for training and improving. - Paid ACSR training - Flexibility when it comes to working, taking holiday and swapping on-site days. - Each day is different with work. - Outside of our day-to-day there is given time for you to look into training yourself on things that interest you which may not have any involvement on current projects. - We manage our own task and appoint to the manager, we are not micromanaged.

Cons

- Not necessarily a huge path for growth as there isn’t really one in this line of work. After the first year, you’ll be compensated as if you’re being promoted but you will not receive any job title changes.
