Can sometimes offer flexibility. Good room for career advancement.
Cons
No real HR. Company culture is terrible and toxic. Management does not listen to employees regarding any improvements.

Pros
Being a family owned company, the owner truly cares about his employees and their best interests. In this day and age, that's not always so. It's nice not to work for some absent CEO who doesn't even know your name. The owner is always present, working along side us.
Cons
As the company grows, there are always growing pains. But I have confidence in the owner that he's taking the necessary steps to mitigate the issues as they arise.
