      Pros

      Company has 401k for contractors but does not contribute. Optional health insurance that you have to pay for yourself; know the deductibles are high.

      Cons

      There is a lack of communication from the company regarding things you should understand when working for a company (401k, contract updates, health insurance, etc). HR has a high turnover making it difficult to contact. Questions are not answered unless daily reminders are sent. Updates on contract status are not forthcoming so you don't know if it is ending or being extended. Pay period is 3 weeks behind the current week and they will not pay past earnings if hiring manager is out of the office to approve the current week's hours. No holiday pay even if you are with the company over 1 year. You have to pay (not the hiring company) a HUGE % of your salary directly to the agency if the company hires you as a regular employee, which is written into your contract.

      - Decent salary package in kerala

      Cons

      -worst manager -no respect for employees - they treat you like slave and only thing they know is incentives think only money matters -bond system, they will collect your certificate and blank checks, if you wish to quit they will ask for money. -stressful environment -no professionalism at all

      Some of the colleagues, maybe. That's the only thing I can think of.

      Cons

      Low salary, Politics and management encourages, Immoral methods like bonds, collecting cheques from employees. Owner being a complete feudal lord. Most importantly someone looking from outside should understand there are two divisions inside the company. Software and HR bpo. Most of the good reviews here are from HR side. Software is a mess. Please don't join and get trapped is my advice. Also they make employees put good reviews here and elsewhere. So don't mind all the good reviews, most of them are not genuine at all.
