      Pros

      cool hours and freedom to work without a microscope you must have work ethics and drive to succeed

      Cons

      management is a bit ridiculous handed down from father to son and so on hard headed and under-intelligent look at your checks and keep track of what you are owed have to fight for what your earned

      None. The only good thing about this job is your next job will be 100% better no matter who it's with!

      It's obvious to anyone with intelligence the first several "Good" reviews were done by Management either directly or indirectly.

      Pros

      Small company with plenty of room to wear lots of hats and try out different departments if you feel motivated.

      Cons

      Owners and VP do not understand todays purchasers and how people part wit their money. Employees have been there a long time and some are complacent and don't add value to the organization.
