      - solid team (at least it used to be)

      Cons

      All the Nginx Controller/Agent project issues and wasted time/money can be tracked to one manager and one architect in US. No one in higher management can see the issue and they trust them blindly. A ton of really good developers quit or were fired because this project was mismanaged.
