      Good place to learn, but be ready for nepotism

      Pros

      Good coworkers, small mom & pop company so it's a good place to get your feet wet and gain some work experience.

      Cons

      High turnover rate, benefits are not very good, pay is very little, no room for advancement, expect to work on the weekends whenever there is a holiday (ex: holiday is monday, so work tuesday-saturday etc), low morale, management are all related to the owners so whatever the owner says, goes.

      Pros

      - Slow-paced work environment. Good place to learn about dietary supplement manufacturing. - Excellent work environment for those immigrating from Bangladesh.

      Cons

      - Low and unfair wages - Nepotism abounds. There is an inner circle of family friends/relatives running this company. Stay on their good side or risk losing your job. - Unhealthy work environment. Professionalism is lacking from the top down. - Uneducated and unqualified employees. That goes for the entire company.
