      Pros

      Aggressive, socially conscious start-up with the aim of obsoleting cigarettes as its mission, and backed up by a mindset of innovation. Dedicated team of highly qualified people in the business, both in the US and internationally.

      Cons

      Harsh marketplace, due to an unregulated industry, over-saturation of products, and a lack of credibility with consumers - therefore a tough business to be in. Little transparency or direction from upper management. A lot of work is expected, with little to no priority given to career progression, renumeration in terms of bonus, or retention.

      Pros

      Soho is a nice area but that is it.

      Cons

      I'm a strong woman with great marketing experience but the CMO has created such a hostile work environment with constant bullying, harassment and setting impossible goals and expectations. The stress and anxiety he causes me and the entire department is horrible and I have only been here for a few weeks. Cannot wait to get out of this organization that employs this awful individual.
